Should the mobility Product develop a fault, Dell's Rapid Collect and Return Service will collect, repair and return your unit within 5 business days (excluding normally observed local holidays), after completion of telephone - based troubleshooting, and for the duration of the service period. This Service also provides remote Premium Phone Support for software issue resolution through trained phone support specialists for the Dell branded products purchased.
